Bay City Arts Center will feature a variety of mediums and student works in September. Join us on Friday September 1st from 5 – 7pm for a free artists reception. During September, BCAC’s main floor gallery will feature photography by Don Backman and his photography students. The upstairs gallery will feature oil on canvas works by Bay City Arts Center students Emily Cordo, Marie Hilton, and Lizzy Hilton.
