Beltane is a celebration of fertility, new life.
Being surrounded by and almost drowning in grief-loss and death- these last few months has me looking at this day in a new way. Without death there is no life, rebirth. Life and death together weave the tapestry of our existence.
In a lot of ways, I feel like I, myself, have died. I have been stripped to my roots, struggling to come back to life. I have been forced to take the time to nourish the soil in the garden that is me, to feed myself sun by finding the moments of joy and allowing the rain of sorrow to soak into the scorched earth of my heart. I am rebirthing, I will flower again, my summer will come. And it will be beautiful 💚

Cosmic Healing NW has added a new service! I see so many of you struggling with anxiety, depression, and other mental distress right now- and rightfully so, there is a lot going on and we have all endured some form of trauma over the last few years. In an effort to help those who need it, but can’t afford a full RISE session, I am now offering reduced rate mini sessions. These weekly (continuity is key!) 30 minute in person sessions include Reiki, Sound and Crystals. I have done some Beta testing with a few clients and these short, but powerful, healings are having great results, bringing about peace and relaxation, reduced stress related physical illness, as well as balanced mental health.
