PUBLIC NOTICE is hereby given that the City of Rockaway Beach City Council will hold a public hearing on Wednesday, February 12, 2025, at 6:00 p.m. in the Council Room of City Hall at 276 S. Hwy 101, Rockaway Beach, Oregon.
The purpose of this public hearing is to consider public testimony on proposed Ordinance No. 2025-01 entitled:

AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ROCKAWAY BEACH CODE OF ORDINANCES SUBSECTION 34.15(A), CLARIFYING THE USE OF TRANSIENT LODGING TAX REVENUE
This proposed ordinance amends the Code of Ordinances Chapter 34 related to Transient Lodging Tax Revenue, replacing subsection 34.15(A) in its entirety. A copy of the ordinance may be obtained at City Hall 276 S. Hwy 101, Rockaway Beach, Oregon, or online at https://corb.us/city-council/ in the February 12, 2025 City Council Meeting Agenda Packet. A related Staff Report and draft documents may be reviewed online in the January 15, 2025 and February 12, 2025 City Council Workshop Agenda Packets. All interested parties are invited to provide testimony at the hearing, by letter addressed to City Hall, P.O. Box 5, Rockaway Beach, Oregon 97136, or email to cityrecorder@corb.us.
