Important notice to property owners in the Special Flood Hazard Areas (SFHA) within the City Limits & Urban Growth Boundary of Tillamook and how implementation of the FEMA Biological Opinion (Bi-Op) may affect your property.
Effective December 1, 2024, the regulations for developing in the Special Flood Hazard Area (SFHA) will be changing.
The changes are required by FEMA for jurisdictions that wish to continue to participate in the National Flood Insurance Program (NFIP).
