ALBUM RELEASE CONCERT- Get Tickets in Advance!
This Saturday November 4th at 7pm, come out for an evening of music featuring local musicians you know and love, Hope Montgomery and the Invasive Species & Katelyn Convery! This is an album release concert for Hope Montgomery’s newest album, Lose Your Cool. Tickets are $20, doors open at 6:30pm. Get your tickets in advance at the following link: Concert Tickets
Hope Montgomery & The Invasive Species are a local indie pop quartet comprised of Hope Montgomery (of course!), Charlie Wooldridge (lead guitar), Geoff Fielder (bass), and Levi Timm (drums). Sonic explorations into the depths of complex emotional turbulence are complimented by catchy melodic phrasing that you’ll want to get up and dance to.
Katelyn Convery’s latest album Miles Awake boasts polished lyrics and sophisticated soundscapes, backed by a group of distinguished musicians and co-produced with bandmate and collaborator Timothy Karplus. Bittersweet angst and optimism weave through Katelyn Convery’s music, piercing the frontier of modern alt-rock, and harkening back to the edgy era of 90s NW grunge, with textures characteristic of early 2000s indie-pop. Born and raised in Oregon, Katelyn now splits time between Portland and the Oregon Coast.
