If you see something, say something… There have been incidents of hate and bias crimes in our communities. But what should you do if you experience something like that or witness it? Who do you contact? The Dept. of Justice Civil Rights Unit will talk about hate speech issues, how to report and local resources.
As we navigate Spring Break and continue to welcome more visitors, come together to talk about how we can make sure EVERYONE feels safe & supported in our community. Our first responders have already faced some challenging rescues and the season is just getting started. And we are all impacted by the increased traffic and people – let’s talk about how we can support each other.
HUGGS will provide hugs for first responders and our community as we all practice patience.
Deep, calming breaths …
