Yes, friends, like blossoms, birds, bees, and tax time, the inimitable David Roth will be making his 21st annual Spring visit to the North Oregon Coast at 6 p.m., Sunday, April 14, at the Istanbul Rug Bazaar, 34390 Hwy. 101S, in downtown Cloverdale. We’re sure you won’t have to be reminded, but David’s wonderful songs have been featured at Carnegie Hall, the United Nations, the Kennedy Center, and on NASA’s Space Shuttle ‘Atlantis,’ and have been sung by Peter Paul and Mary and the Kingston Trio, as well as by a world of lesser known artists.
Once again, Sonya Kazen and Fred Bassett will open the show, and this year will be introducing their brand new CD, “Opening Remarks,” featuring a selection of 14 original songs from their catalogue of music celebrating the history, places and people that have inspired them along their musical paths.
Please join us for an evening of fun and music. Admission is $15, but, as always, no one will be turned away.
