 System Operator’s Report:

  1. Located system leak and made repairs.
  2. Reviewing data to calculate water loss that occurred during leak.
  3. Took samples for annual lead/copper and sent to lab.
  4. Took samples for annual THM and HAA and sent to lab.
  5. Began system and fire hydrant flush.
  6. Finished back flow testing.
