A public meeting of the Falcon Cove Beach Domestic Water Supply District Board will be held on Saturday, November 23, 2024, starting at 9:30 am, in person at the Arch Cape Fire Station at 79729 Hwy 101, Arch Cape, and remotely via Zoom.
The purpose of this public meeting will be for the Water Board to accept public comment regarding the review of the District’s water rate schedule that became effective September 2023. Related topics under Board consideration and open to public feedback at this public meeting include an increased system development charge (SDC) for ¾” connections aligned with the Cost of Construction Index (CCI), a differentiated SDC and water usage rate schedule for customers with 1” connections, and the specification of miscellaneous fees.
Any person may appear at the public meeting and provide public comment within a 3-minute time-limit on these stated rate- and fee-related topics.
Closer to the date of the public meeting, the District will send via email a Zoom link and presentation detail directly to the District’s customers and neighborhood property owners.
