We had one more day of fair, dry, and mild conditions but now the pattern is changing. We see increasing clouds tonight ahead of a trough of low pressure dropping towards the area from the northwest. The northerly winds ease tonight and become light and variable, the low down near 51.
Tomorrow looks cloudy as the weakening ridge of high pressure moves to the east with the winds becoming westerly 5-10, the high near 64. In comes the rain later tomorrow evening from the associated trough, winds southerly 4-8, the lows near 52.
A rainy Sunday as the trough moves across the area which also cools things down, still the westerly winds 4-8, the high near 61. The rain eases by tomorrow night as the flow becomes more zonal, winds northwesterly 4-8, lows down near 48.
Mostly cloudy skies for Monday, only a slight chance of rain, the high only up to near 59, a little better chance of rain Monday night, the lows near 43.
Tuesday on the models are mixed, some keep the zonal flow while the others say a trough moves in, so, just know the forecast can change by the start of next week, but…for now we go with Tuesday being rainy, the high near 58, lows near 44, then partly sunny Wednesday and Thursday, obviously still a chance of rain though, highs near 58, lows near 44.
