The Master Recyclers program, led by the Tillamook County Solid Waste Department, is on a mission to “educate our community on the environmental impacts of our daily decisions and to encourage people to rethink, reduce, repair, repurpose, and recycle.”
Heart of CARTM proudly supports this initiative by updating coursework, organizing annual classes, and building partnerships for impactful volunteer projects.
