SOS Tillamook, Tillamook County’s prevention program and Columbia-Pacific CCO continue community conversations with a free movie screening of the award-winning documentary “Suicide: The Ripple Effect” at North County Recreation District (NCRD) on Wednesday October 24th, at 5 pm followed by a discussion about making our communities “suicide-safer”.
The film highlights the journey of Kevin Hines, who at age 19, attempted to take his life by jumping from the Golden Gate Bridge. Today Kevin is a world-renowned mental health advocate, motivational speaker and author who travels the globe spreading a message of hope, recovery and wellness.
