NOTICE OF PUBLIC BUDGET HEARING
A public Budget Hearing of the Falcon Cove Beach Domestic Water Supply District for the biennial budget period July 1, 2024 to June 30, 2026, will be held on Saturday, June 15, 2024, starting at 9:30 am, in person at the Arch Cape Fire Station at 79729 Hwy 101. The purpose of this Public Budget Hearing is for the FCBDWD Board of Commissioners to receive public testimony regarding the district’s budget and to discuss and approve the budget for the biennial period beginning July 1, 2024, as approved by the Falcon Cove Beach Domestic Water Supply District Budget Committee. Any person may appear at the meeting and provide public comment on the biennial budget within a 3-minute time limit per speaker. A copy of the budget may be inspected or obtained at 79165 Ray Brown Road, Arch Cape, OR, between the hours of 8 a.m. and 5 p.m.
NOTICE OF REGULAR BOARD MEETING
A regular Falcon Cove Beach Domestic Water Supply District board meeting will be held immediately following the conclusion of the above-noted Public Budget Hearing on Saturday, June 15, 2024, at approximately 11:00 am, at the Arch Cape Fire Station at 79729 Hwy 101. At the top of the agenda, the Board will review public testimony, discuss the approved budget, vote on the adoption of the budget, and make any appropriate resolutions related to the budget. The meeting will continue with the Board’s regular agenda, whose components include the treasurer’s report, leaks and repairs, old and new business, correspondence reports, and miscellaneous items. The Board encourages members of the public to attend and listen to the discussion despite there not being opportunity for public comment.
