On a partly cloudy day
My mind drifts to the sky
Images of countless figures
Begin to appear before my eyes.
A pack of dogs chasing a rabbit
Too bad they can’t catch it,
He hopped behind a big black cloud, Never again to be found.
A school of fish goes swimming by, then they’re gone in a blink of the eye!
Looking to the North and what I see gives me pause,
There he is, bigger than life,
Beloved and jolly Santa Claus.
When the day ends, a great reward appears out of a clear blue sky, a Blessed Angel floating with her wings spread high.
