It’s the first day of Summer, and as I look out my window,
I see lovely flowers covering my deck and a varied species of birds flutter and tweet.
Beautiful Gold Finch, the Blackheaded Grossbeak with It’s bright orange chest,
plus Redwinged Black Birds and of course, the Big Blue Stellar Jay.
The Hummingbird feeder is being invaded with 7 or 8 hungry, fluttering birds.
They sip the sweet nectar and keep coming back for more!
