The Rockaway Writers Rendezvous has picked up steam for it’s third year – bringing nationally (internationally) renowned writers to Rockaway Beach for a variety of inspiring, imaginative and FUN workshops and presentations. We’ll also announce the winners of the writing and art contests, and publishing of the event anthology. There’s also a really cool typewriter exhibit, open mics on Friday and Saturday and so much more happening next weekend – Friday April 25th kicks off with an open mic; workshops and presentations on Saturday with another open mic; and awards and networking on Sunday. Come spend the weekend with Typo and all our favorite creative people! Limited tickets available – $25.
This event is a fundraiser for scholarships for Neah-Kah-Nie High School students pursuing the creative arts — writing, music, art. There will be raffle baskets available, and we welcome donations to our supporting nonprofit, Neah-Kah-Nie Coast Arts, Music & Cultural Foundation (NCAM)

Please note that the Keynote Presentation will be presented upstairs and broadcast to the downstairs main room so that everyone can be a part of this. If you have questions, please sit upstairs as we won’t have a way to take questions from downstairs.
