The 3rd annual Rockaway Writers Rendezvous is lining up an array of writers and speakers for the last weekend in April — the 25, 26 and 27. Just the respite everyone needs – hang out with writers and filmmakers and artists in relaxing Rockaway Beach. The open mic events at the Tie Breaker are always epic. This year’s keynote is two-time Pulitzer prize winning NY Times columnist and author, Nicholas Kristof. There will be workshops on a variety of writing genres including fiction, memoirs, nonfiction, poetry, music lyrics, filmmaking/documentaries, publishing, and more.
