I’m sure many of you have been spending a lot of time on social media, watching the news, or on your devices in general the last week- holding your breath and waiting to see what’s coming. It’s been an exhausting week.
We have a long, hard road ahead–and it will take strength, courage, determination, and love to make it through. Now, in this moment, it is not time to fight — it’s time to care for yourself. It is time to grieve and feel and let go. You literally cannot pour from an empty cup, you have to put your own oxygen mask on first–and we need you!
Please take time to “check out”. Go for a walk, dance, paint, create, meditate and breathe!

There is a lot of negative and dissonant energies coming at us in heightened waves right now. Make sure you are cleansing your aura, your home, and yes, even your computer and phone.
Smudging is a useful tool, you can use sage or lavender or rosemary or cedar. Leaving a bowl of salt out in your home is also helpful. Playing certain types of music like hertz music or singing bowls or drums are also great ways to clear the negative energies pervading our spaces right now. Carrying some black tourmaline or smoky Quartz or shungite or selenite or lepidolite with you will also be helpful.
Set a timer for once every hour, and when it goes off, pay attention to your breath. Are you breathing? Be consciously aware of the rise and fall of your chest, the movement of your belly. Relax your muscles and surrender to the moment you’re in.
Take a salt bath or shower if possible. This helps detoxify and recalibrate your energy field. Drink lots of water, lots! It will help clear out any toxins, and is also a conductor so will help boost your energy. Eat some raw fruits and veggies, these are high vibration. Drink teas like chamomile, tulsi, astragalus, thyme, nettle and lavender, these will help your body adapt to stress and calm the nervous system.
Journal your thoughts, or scream or find some way to let it all out. Dance, practice yoga or qigong. Don’t hang onto it, it will become an energy block and show up as physical symptoms.
Repeat healthy affirmations out loud – actually create a vibration of your own that radiates out from your throat. I am safe, I am abundant health, I am perfect in this moment, I am filled with love, I am peace, all will be well
Spend time in nature, ground your energy to Mother Earth. Put your bare feet on the ground, or in a moving body of water like in a river or ocean, hug a tree (for real!), smell flowers, feel and listen to the wind, let the sun hit your face, dance in the rain. Find joy in the little small amazing things life can give us.
