The weather outside was frightful – but community members came together in south county and north county to spread holiday cheer and it was very delightful! Pioneer photographer Don Backman was REALLY busy Saturday night, December 18, 2021. He caught the start of the Pacific City/Nestucca Light Parade in South County … See photos below … AND then he headed north and got photos of the NORTH COUNTY LIGHT PARADE, TOO!!
