The Tillamook Coast Visitors Association (TCVA) has awarded $754,313 in tourism facilities and marketing grants to local organizations, businesses, and municipalities for the 2024-25 fiscal year. These grants, funded by Tillamook County lodging tax, support infrastructure improvements and marketing initiatives that enhance tourism experiences and benefit the community.
“These grants are investments in the future of Tillamook County,” said Nan Devlin, executive director of TCVA. “They not only strengthen our visitor economy but also improve the quality of life for residents by supporting local businesses, outdoor recreation, cultural experiences, and essential infrastructure projects.”

2024-25 TCVA Marketing Grant Recipients
A total of $42,182 was awarded to tourism-related businesses and nonprofit organizations for marketing projects:
- Tillamook Estuaries Partnership – $5,000

- Kelly’s Brighton Marina – $5,000
- Pine Grove Community Center – $5,000
- Hoffman Center for the Arts – $5,000

- YMCA – Pastega Activity Center – $75,000
- Neskowin Community Association – Beach Access – $75,000

In addition, the City of Manzanita has awarded nearly $14,000 in its Off-Season Marketing Grants program.
Since 2015, TCVA has awarded more than $5.6 million in tourism facilities grants and $1.2 million in tourism marketing grants, fostering sustainable growth and development across Tillamook County.
“By reinvesting lodging tax dollars into our communities, we are helping to ensure a thriving, visitor-friendly destination while maintaining the character and natural beauty that make the Tillamook Coast so special,” Devlin said.
