* IMPACTS…Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas. Ponding of water in urban or other areas is expected overnight into Wednesday.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS… – At 410 PM PST, Rain will increase this evening, with rain becoming heavy at times overnight. This will cause areas of urban and small stream flooding. Overflowing poor drainage areas will cause minor flooding in the advisory area. In addition, leaf-clogged storm drains will create poor drainage, resulting in flooded roadways and intersections. – Additional rainfall amounts of 1 to 4 inches are expected tonight into Wednesday, with the 2 to 5 inches along the coast into the Coast Range and Willapa Hills.
