You should have received your ballot for the upcoming May 16th special election. If you haven’t received a ballot, pleasea contact the Tillamook County Clerk’s office for more information, at 503-842-3402 or email to clerk@co.tillamook.or.us
Here are the links to the Pioneer’s Questions for the Candidates series – all in one handy location, so you can easily “get to know” the candidates to make an informed decision.
SPECIAL NOTE: When you see a candidate’s name, not followed by any responses, that means we did not receive answers from that candidate. The Pioneer set a deadline for receiving the answers, and then reached out multiple times to those candidates that we didn’t hear from, because you know, the internet, emails, spam files, incorrect emails, etc. So, for whatever reasons, those candidates did not send us a response.
These special districts take care of our education, transportation, fire, water, recreation, health and more. Please vote – and be sure to return your ballot early. There are local drop boxes and you can mail your ballot (no postage required.) Just be sure to mail before May 16th to ensure that the ballot is received and postmarked by May 16th.
