On Friday May 21st some of the Tillamook High School staff and Ms. Joy Griffith Richardson had the unique opportunity to take one of our students up to Camp Rilea for the day. The soldiers were scheduled to come down to Tillamook on the 12th for the Honors Celebration but got pulled away in an emergency and could not attend. They invited us up on Friday during one of their training exercises so that they could surprise our student with a very unique and fitting honor. There was not a dry eye in the house……
