The Tillamook People’s Utility District Board of Directors will conduct the following meetings.
- 4:00 p.m. Executive Session-
- ORS 192.660 (2) (i) will be held according to ORS 192.660 (2) (i) to review and evaluate the employment-related performance of the chief executive officer.
- ORS 192.660 (2) (e) to conduct deliberations with persons you have designated to negotiate real property transactions.
- ORS 192.660 (2) (d) To conduct deliberations with person you have designated to carry on labor negotiations.
- 6:00 p.m.- Regular Board Meeting
Action items include:
- Approve the General Manager to sign the contract with Bell Lumber and Poles for the contract amount of $820,000 over the three-year contract.
- Approve 2024 Budget
- Approve 2024 Property and Liability Insurance
- Approve IBEW No. 125 Collective Bargaining Agreement.
- Approve Resolution No. 23-12-09 “A Resolution Amending Benefits Handbook Policies, Opt Out, VEBA, Compensation and Salary Program and Employee Handbook Policy No. 47.1 Regular PTO Accrual.
- Approve Resolution No. 23-12-10 “ A Resolution Establishing the General Manager’s Compensation.
- Any other matters that may come before the Board.
