The Tillamook People’s Utility District Board of Directors will conduct the following meetings.
- 4:00 p.m. Executive Session will be held according to ORS 192.660 (2) (i) to review and evaluate the employment-related performance of the chief executive officer.
- 6:00 p.m.- Regular Board Meeting
Action items include:
- Approve Manzanita City Franchise Agreement
- Approve Resolution No. 23-02-01 “A Resolutions declaring a public need to acquire easements for the Tillamook to Oceanside Transmission and Distribution System Improvements and authorizing the acquisition of easements”.
- Approve Resolution No. 23-02-02 “A Resolution Establishing the General Manager’s Compensation.”
- Any other matters that may come before the Board.
