The meeting will be held at Tillamook People’s Utility District’s Emergency Operations Center located at 1115 Pacific Avenue, Tillamook, OR 97141
The Tillamook People’s Utility District Board of Directors will conduct the following meetings.
•3:00 p.m.- Executive Session will be held according to ORS 192.660 (2) (i) to review and evaluate the employment-related performance of the chief executive officer.
•6:00 p.m.- Regular Board Meeting
Action items include:
•Approve the General Manager to sign the Tillamook to Oceanside Transmission Line Contract concluding successful negotiations of the terms and conditions.
•Resolution No. 22-02-02, “A Resolution to Approve the Acquisition of the Tillamook to OceansideTransmission Line Project Easements and Properties.
•Any other matters that may come before the Board.
