The Tillamook People’s Utility District Board of Directors will conduct the following meetings:
•3:00 p.m. – Community Grant Workshop
•6:00 p.m. – Regular Board Meeting
Action items include:
•Approve the 2020 Community Grants
•Approve First reading of Ordinance 3-20, “An Ordinance Establishing Certain Retail Rates of the District as provided for in this Ordinance.”
•Approve Resolution No. 20-03-01 “ A Resolution Establishing The General Managers Salary.”
•Approve Resolution No. 20-03-02 “A Resolution Amending Benefits Policy Compensation And Salary Program.”
•Approve Revision to Policy Bulletin 1-8, “Administrative Rules for Public Contracts, Procedural Requirements, and Exemptions from Procedures.”
•Approve Transfer Funds from Rate Stabilization Fund for the year 2019.
•Any other matters that may come before the Board.
