To Honor Betty White: Donate, Volunteer, Adopt to Assist Local Animal Causes

As the world collectively continue to mourn the passing of Betty White, a movement took hold to honor her by donating to animal causes today, January 17th, which would have been her 100th birthday.

Here are the mailing addresses and links to our local animal care non-profits. With all the calls-to-donate in Betty White’s name the Pioneer wanted to be sure that those donations went to LOCAL animal causes, please also consider regular donations, or volunteer or better yet adopt a pet from one of the shelters … the needs of each of these organizations is great. They all do so much for our communities.
