Tillamook County Parks received the fully executed permit to dredge the Memaloose Point Boat Launch from the US Army Corps of Engineers on 8-4-22.
Parks is doing everything within its power to find a contractor to do the work within the in-water work window which ends on 9-15-22. Should that not be possible, dredging will be delayed until the next in-water work window, which occurs between 11-1-22 and 2-25-23. In the meantime, the Memaloose Point Boat Launch is only accessible for use during high tide on the north side launch lane. The south side launch lane has sediment accrued to the point that it is unusable. We apologize to the fishing community and ask for your continued patience.
